    充实的一周

    从成都回来一周啦
    这一周相当充实
     
    白天的工作按部就班
    完成了成都人力资源审计的报告
    有点像诊断和HRDD的结合
    开始进行下属公司的岗位体系的梳理
    虽然要梳理出几十家下属公司岗位体系还是有些难度
    但是通过在咨询公司这几年的训练
    应该还是可以胜任的
    得知十月底去白洋淀培训
    白洋淀，这个与我而言只出现在中学课本上的地方
    在不久的将来就会走进我的生活
    期待ing
     
    晚上的活动丰富多彩
    几乎没开电视和电脑
    整理了不穿的旧衣物
    寄到了家乡的贫困县
    整整两大包
    里面有很多冬天的衣物
    希望可以帮助孩子们抵御一点冬日的寒冷
    咨询了几家钢琴学习中心
    并最终报了班，交了钱
    今天完成了第一堂课
    希望笨手笨脚的我
    能够早日弹出优美的旋律
    重新启动面部疗程、身体疗程和胸部疗程
    希望不久能把再把瑜伽课程与烹饪课程也纳入进来
    这样就完美了
    对啦，
    新买的茉莉和七里香开花啦
    晚上花香随着微风在客厅散开
    清香宜人
    心情顿时好起来
    生活的多姿多彩
    其实都是自已创造的
    右边是没开的花骨朵~~~左边是俺家小白~~~
    由于晚上光线不好，把花盆从阳台移至客厅

    第二天清晨，昨夜羞涩的花骨朵已经绽放出美丽的小白花~~
    心中突然莫名感动起来~~

    面部疗程其实就是俗称的美容，身体疗程换个潮点的词就是SPA，简单说就是用不同功效的精油按摩，舒缓肌肉酸痛，还可以排毒啥的。胸部疗程。。。不要误解为丰胸，其实是利用远红外线治疗乳腺增生的。。
